Oliver Schieb is co-founder of Comfield. As Senior Advisor he supports Comfield in advising companies and institutions on setting up and reorganizing compliance management systems (CMS) as well as on addressing compliance incidents and complex internal investigations.

A particular focus of his work lies in compliance monitorships (e.g. US DoJ). This involves monitoring the implementation and effectiveness of CMS on the monitor’s side or advising companies on the strategic and operational management of monitorship processes.

Oliver holds a degree in industrial engineering and earned his MBA at the Rotterdam School of Management (Netherlands).

His professional focus lies in green hydrogen and decarbonization of road transportation.
